When I was a deckhand I was on a 185' Benetti. Huge yacht. Always had issues and things that needed to get cleaned, fixed, painted, re-ordered, and we always had contractors coming on. These big boats are nice, but require a lot of work to always be running. And the bigger the boat, the less the owners use it usually.
well thats what you pay a crew for is to take care of the yacht, Im sure most owners that love yachting would probably want it to constantly being maintained. I know I would
One of the best interiors by way of "balance". No space overwhelms another. And I like how attention is paid to the common areas like hallways, etc. love the tan wood field and Italian espresso trim mixed expertly with the silver bannisters and well placed splashes of marble. The interior is "rich" without being gaudy. Yet clean without looking spartan.
I love your videos thank you so very much for sharing them John from south Jersey the good part of the state lol if you ever need someone to hold your camera so you can walk and talk I’ll be your helper lol I love looking at yachts and it would give me something to do lol thank you again 😊
Thank you for the extensive tour Tony. Lurssen is one of my favorite yacht builders. It's nice to see that they have kept Marguerite in great condition since 2004. She is a fine example of Lurssen yachts.
This video came across my feed, and I only subscribe to a very select small group of channels as I have been loyal to them for years. However, seeing as it is Lurssen, I just had to watch. Peter never ever disappoints at all. Now, we all might not 100% agree on 100% of everything, and that is ok. I will admit that this one tops the cake. A two level owner suit complemented with access to what appears to be access to an almost private deck area always gets my vote. Portegese style bow and multi-levels to surround oneself with many areas to lounge and relax are purely Lurssen! I am, however, surprised there wasn't a pool of some sort. If I were to take ownership, I would only make slight changes and additions before I would live -- yes live -- on this outstanding vessel. Thank you so much for the tour, I greatly appreciate the work that you put into this.
Tony, this is the most spectacular yacht you've ever shown on your channel. What a beautiful vessel. Thank you for taking us on a tour of this outstanding yacht. Excellent, excellent tour!!!
This is a prime example of why I love the 150'+ sized yachts. Although, I don't think I've seen a 200' one before that seemed so spacious in the rooms! Only bad thing about touring during a boat show is the crew quarters are closed off. Always appreciative of the crew helping you out on tours, as we saw in the galley and engine/lazarette areas. Thanks for the video!
Everything was very spacious on this one. Some tours I’m able to still get a peak in the crew cabins (see my last two videos of the 104’ Mengi Yay and the Custom Line 120) even at the shows. It all just depends on the specific yacht and how busy they are. Glad you liked the video!
You don't find too many Lurssens available for sale especially at this size. I'm glad I was able to get on and tour it for you all! It was a great experience. Thanks for watching!
would have been great to see the crew space - i think we all feel that the crew space is of utmost importance - i know that when a yacht is occupied its not always possible
Absolutely stunning. Don't worry about the time taken for the video - you can't do justice to a vessel like this in 10 minutes. Love the range - slow down to 10kts and you'd probably run close to 10,000 nautical miles.
Wow the master, cabins , tubs in every one of them. The decks everything on this yacht is amazing. The only thing wrong is that I don't get to spend a week on her. Simply amazing. Thank you Tony
This is Indeed a Very Intriguing Yacht... I Likes how the put the Gym Upstairs instead, so you can have a Beautiful View while Working out... That Small Spot at the Tippy Top, would be My Favorite Evening and Early Morning Prayer 🙏🏾 Spot ❣️❣️❣️
Hi Tony, And a hugh thanks to you for bringing us this empresive show of this Mega Superyacht this Lurssen Wow I can understand you can get lost on a yacht like this for me its the first time to see a masterbedroom in 2 levels nice all rooms are so spaceious the only down size i think are all those different styles on board one part modern but also some art deco not my taste But any way Thank you Tony that is a great show
I was very impressed with the owners apartment! When you can buy a yacht this big, you can easily update the interior to your liking. Thanks for watching!
Great video! Nice to see how fast you have moved up to the incredible super yachts - a sure fire acknowledgement of your special style in showing the viewers all of the yacht while always being respectful of the owner and crew.

I wonder if the captains quarters were just behind the bridge ..don't remember seeing those or the crew quarters .. but what a nice boat. Even if I had the money I'm not sure I would want all the responsibility and costs that go to operate and maintain it ... did he say 17 employees???
Well, I add my 2 cents worth. First, it's so unusual to find a two deck master suite on a yacht. In fact, I cannot think of another example (if anyone knows of one, please tell me the yacht name). Second, that is probably the nicest owner office I have ever seen. Gorgeous!
Très belle vidéo, la présentation n'est pas trop rapide contrairement à certaines vidéos que j'ai déjà vu sur d'autres chaînes TH-cam, nous avons le temps d'apprécier les détails du yacht, bonne continuation et merci pour le partage !
I have never commented on this channel before, but outside of the beautiful Superyacht you tour, I love everything but one, You don't need to continuously comment on everything you see. Comment on particulars break and allow your viewers to drink in the views of what your showing. This is much better then a step by step commentary of the whole tour. But please this is just one comment out of all the others, take from it what you will. I only want to see your channel grow. Despite my comment I do enjoy watching.
@@YachtAddiction Have a look at the other popular yacht channel that do tours, and take from it what you will. I consider this good criticism, at the end, you need to do, what you want for your channel and also what you are comfortable with.
Thank you for the tours you do,,, please don’t worry about your viewers watching, your doing a great job,,,, Also please don’t rush to much, and showing the respect of the crew is a great!! But I would like to see the crew quarters,, and gallery,,, I’am sure the crew will move out of the way, Thanks
The only thing missing in most of your excellent reviews is (Exterior) profile shots of Yacht you're touring. Looking at the exterior helps put the interior layout into perspective. At least for me.
You have to be kidding?? I was on a friends tiny yacht (85 ft) in Acapulco on Sunday when all the yachts come out. I saw a monster yacht just like this, or very similar. We looked like we were on a Cabin Cruiser next to these big boys! Considering staff, fuel, dockage……….I can’t imagine the cost. All we had was a captain and purser. We did our own cooking, if you can imagine?
I’ve seen some pretty amazing owner’s cabin, but an owner’s APARTMENT? Two stories at that? That’s pretty amazing! The other cabins would be Owner’s suites on smaller yachts.
Wow, very nice yacht and great tour. Every room had a bath as well as a shower and there was only twin room if I remember correctly (I wouldnt think you often get kids or singles on boats like this, it would be business friends and family unless chartering I suppose. I would love a boat like this to cruise the world then once thats done, sell it for something half the size for local use.
Great tour of an amazing and beautiful boat. Ive got to admit,i do have two pet peeves,(particularly in a yacht, where space is so valuable),and that is gyms and jacuzzis lol. Cant stand the things,a bit of floor space, and a resistance band is all you need really. And jacuzzis are just so ugly, who wants to slop around in someone elses bath water, cos thats all it is really. Apart from that, loved the boat, and thanks for not saying 'wet bar' during the tour also! Best wishes from Devon Uk. Subscribed for more.
My favourite bit of this yacht is from the bow tip, to the stern tip (& everything in between). If it were mine, I would move the gym though, to somewhere less obtrusive.
Truly a magnificent yacht. Remarkable how its obvious splendour and opulence don't interfere with an attractive feeling of comfort and homeliness. This ship has character and soul! A quick word to the makers of this video (don't mind, I'm a journalist myself) : try to keep you GoPro more steady and flowing and film a bit more like the way the human eye scans and moves. Also: please try to make your narrative a bit more fluent and casual. There are (short) courses for this. Just saying!
Hi Tony, excellent tour thank you, but would have been really great to see one of the crew cabins just to make a comparison with their accommodation and guest accommodation, I am sure their cabins would be very comfortable also, a beautiful yacht,

Sometimes that's just how it goes it seems! I think this one is utilized by both the owners and for charter as well.
same with owning a house.. lol

It's common sense.

The owner's suite/apartment was definitely my favorite place on board.

That owner's apartment is gigantic. You almost never see a two story cabin on a 200' boat even. That is like a cruise ship level suite.
I was very impressed!

Look up m/y Victorious, it's an 85 meter (278') explorer completed in '21. There is a tour on here. It's for sale asking $113m right now.
Ace is a 280ft Lurssen with an entire inside tour somewhere on Fraser's channel. You can see the entire boat from top to bottom basically.
Tony, not an additional passarelle but boarding stairs. For either sideboarding or going to a tender.
Good call out, thanks John.
