Can't hear music and there's no phone number to get someone to show me what's wrong or how to fix it I've even looked it up here on TH-cam there is no fix help I'm really sad my kids wanted to see this work this year there's no way to return

nothing comes close to addressable led light shows, but of course comes with a HUGE price too.
