- September, 2013. We had been putting money in a money jar on the kitchen table for a while, to make the trip a lesson on saving money. The day we filled it we told the kids "It's full. Let's go. Right now! Today!". In the video, we spent two days at Disneyland, and two days at California Adventure Park. The hotel we stayed at was the Howard Johnson, which we do recommend.
