I have a very keen affection for sharks. In my eyes, they r very majestic beings, just like whales and dolphins. There's a special story to be told with them all. So beautiful. ❤

Kevin isn't wrong, but I think crushed coral won't dissolve nearly fast enough to battle the very quickly dropping PH. And another issue is ammonia, when the water is more acidic, ammonia in the shipping water isn't very toxic to the fish - the harder the water is, the more toxic it becomes. Not sure if thats the same in salt water though.
If I had space for either one, it would definitely be the shark. I know it's pie in the sky dreaming, but if I ever had the money, I'd have a bull shark.
Wow fellas, those sharks are so beautiful and yall are so knowledgeable!! What I know about water animals I can fit in my pinky nail 😂 so I'm here for it, lets go! I have been watching the building of the legasea by Brian, and in fact I live in Ohio just next door sooooo yeah! I'm super excited and looking forward to seeing those and all the other fantastic animals there! I love how all my favorite content creators come together in one big community! ❤

Why are you sucking at all? Rookie move here. You just submerge the whole hose. Let it fill with water and drop one end into the acclimation area. The weight of the water starts the siphon.

I love the aripima(spelling) but the black tip wins my heart! They are gorgeous!

One thing to remember about your pH, when it raises it makes the ammonia more deadly to fish, slow acclamation causes more harm than good imo due to ammonia spiking.
Also I'd always avoid chasing numbers, you'll end up causing more harm by inconsistent pH numbers than by consistent pH which isn't ideal for the species

10:45 STRONGLY disagreeing here. pH dropping inside the bag is a good thing. Ammonia concentration and toxicity increases as pH increases. With such limited water inside a shipping bag, you really risk killing fish trying to keep pH elevated. The slightly more acidic water is much less of a risk then the toxicity of elevated ammonia.

Maybe have like some baggs with crushed coral in the baggs, I think if its just laying around then it could easly pop the bagg or even damage the fish, but having the coral in some form of baggs might solve that issue.
