    Welcome to Next of Ken and in this episode, we're counting down 27 Important Life Lessons We Learned From Disney Films. Growing up, Disney films like Lion King, Aladdin, and Pocahontas served as secondary parental figures in a sense. Because they taught us so many great life lessons that we can still employ in our everyday, boring adult lives. So when life does get you down, just remember to keep swimming, dreams can come true, and of course, hakuna matata! And if all else fails, play a Disney drinking game or something.
    What life lesson did you learn from Disney? Let us know in the comments below. Thanks for watching!

      If u don't take criticism, u will never learn how to grow and over time, becoming arrogant. And u can even become anxious and paranoid of who u should trust and bond with.

    Pixar has taught us great lessons as well. Here are some examples:
    -Families are more powerful when they stick together (The Incredibles)
    -Laughter is more powerful than fear (Monsters Inc)
    -Life is an adventure (Up)

    #20 is the philosophy of my life. "Crying helps me slow and down and obsess over the weight of life's problem." Thank you Disney for shaping life for generations.

    I love Mufasa’s quote, “being brave doesn’t mean you go looking for trouble” and also Rafiki’s one “the past can hurt, you can either run from it or learn from it”
    I have learnt so much that I can’t run from my past

    Lessons from Pinocchio: Family is important in your life, be brave and truthful, lying gets you nowhere, irresponsibility and having fun can results into serious consequences and punishments, a wish can come true and fame isn’t important in your life.

      @@averelldalton7964 I think what he means is that if you shirk away from your responsibilities and do the opposite instead by getting into trouble, you will suffer serious consequences and punishments. Having fun is ok, but don't overdo it. Take responsibility.

    One I don't agree with would be:"If you can't say something nice, don't say nothing at all".Criticism is necessary and everyone needs to know when they screwed up.
    If you only say nice things to people, they'll develop an inflated ego. They'll think they're more than what they really are and won't be able to see themselves as they are.
    But if you let them know when they made a mistake, they'll have the chance to improve themselves and grow.
    Of course, being mean is bad,but when I say "criticism",I mean pointing out a truth with respect and love for the person.Being a fool and only saying the nice things might turn a good person to an arrogant one.
    Just be nice and honest.

    • @vanessaliulaumea6459
      @vanessaliulaumea6459 4 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      That's my opinion of it as well. Criticism isn't something u run from and kindness u take advantage of. Both criticism and effort builds the character of what u become to be and what obstacles u overcome. It helps u become wiser, stronger, honest and passionate person
