I get inundated with emails and app notifications from Uber, offering discounts etc. But as a consumer/user of these food delivery services, Uber is bottom of the pile because discounts are offered on a very limited choice of restaurant/takeaway, rarely at places I wish to order from. Also through Just Eat and Deliveroo I've never had an issue with deliveries from a local takeaway, I ordered a couple of times with Uber and both times the deliveries were ridiculously late. I'm a patient person and don't kick a fuss but when you're being told delivery will be 25 minutes and it takes 1hr & half to arrive, that's enough to pee most people off.

Here in Toronto, Uber has been super slow compared to earlier this year. One thing is that they changed the algorithm a couple months back and even though I am on an e-bike, I am still considered to be delivering via bicycle, so most orders are only 1-2 km for pickup and delivery distance. We used to be able to deliver up to 4-5km. We have doordash as well, but even that is not too busy and you have to schedule yourself or you have to wait for it to become busy before you can "dash". I have mostly been doing Cornershop (which is owned by Uber) so that I can make some money and it's good but not as good as the "hey-day" of UE. Anyways enjoying the content, we'll see in the fall if it picks up any. I think it depends on the location. Where I am uber gives lots of local small takeaways and is busier from around 8pm onwards. IMO Uber has lost the top spot as the app to deliver for and also order from
Good luck with Deliveroo only specially on Monday Tuesday and Wednesday lunch time 😂😂😂
I don't do deliveries in the week day lunchtime, I'm at my full time job then 🙌
🙏
Hi bro nice video which phone your using?
Excellent content as usual chap keep it up
Surely you make big money from youtube at this point that delivering is just a content creation piece
Big money lol I wish for the amount of effort and time I put into editing it's not alot but again ... I don't do it for money I just love making the content 😌
What bike is that ? Thanks!
10 orders on Uber tends to earn me around £35
Donnie here in Florida, I just don’t understand why people don’t leave tips in London.
Londoners are miserable at the best of times. Wouldn't give you the time of day. Outside of London is where you get the real British spirit.
We're just not locked into that culture of relying on tips to make a living.
What is that bike called mate
top man keep the vids coming
Your Son just ordered 10 jars of Nutella and a pack of Rizla for his Pops from Uber eats 🗣🤣
Well done, onto the next 😎
Personally I would stick with UberEats only because of Uber One. It hopefully should pick up some time.
