This really showcases why it's actually really good RP, where some people would say otherwise. the way cops run away from people who aren't even threatening them, leave gas stations the moment they see certain people pull up, even Tommy T scared the shit out of Crystal by just asking if she was ok, it creates a genuine fear for the cops that they should really always have in such an insane, violent city. Too many cops have balls of steel not even just talking to certain criminals but disrespecting them to their face, as if they aren't a violent criminal with sometimes 100+ attempted murder charges, who would unload a clip of 9mm into them with no second thought. While it's really amplified because of the CG bounty i hope the feel stays somewhat similar, especially for newer officers who should be absolutely terrifed whenever they're on duty, let alone when CG roll up on them.

They really need to keep this going. They always slow down once cops start fearing crims, and harsher sentences start getting thrown around, but Crane is giving them a bone, telling cops they can't just give terrorism charges unless they prove it's terrorism. So crims should start pushing more to form a crack they can work around, or the whole hell week thing just looks like a kid lashing out after getting punished.
I kind of see hell week as the nopixel cycle of life resetting. It’s just the normal evolution of tension between cops and crims rising and this is just the crescendo at the end of that and things will cool off and start to rise again
