Plus they don't have the charger yet, the police car meant for highspeed chases like racers. The sherriff said ooc they shouldn't upgrade the cop cars like what the crims do because some cars are meant to be faster. They just need the charger

Secondly crims will probably also get radios since some of them have already used them on missions. Also it's not just cop cars that are indestructible its literally every car that is difficult to destroy.
