Love the open entry/formal living room/massive office with window seat/gloating stairs/dining room/wine cellar/butlers pantry. Finally a powder room. 😂. Secondary staircase. Massive family room with shelving. Like the game room with fridge/sink/ice maker and a pass through to outdoor. Nice. Guest bedroom. Large mushroom and laundry with sink/cabinetry/counter/pet wash. Lovely kitchen with double islands. Spacious day to day eating. 2 refrigerators and sinks. Great natural light. Massive covered patio with dining and outdoor kitchen. Multiple seating areas. Lots of grass for outdoor games indeed. The pool is great with another kitchen with pizza oven? Nice. A deck and bocci ball. Loooovvvve the pool bathroom and an outdoor shower. Can imagine a great party out there.

My wife and I toured this property last fall, it's beautiful, but there's 3 things she did not like. At this price point, and being in Hidden Hills, there's a lack of a butler kitchen, in the fall, with that big tree leaning over the pool, there was thousands of leaves, and there's no guest house.

you could improve your vocabulary - like "recessed" in aplliances and stone and matrial knowledge, that stone on the backwall of the kitchen is travertine and i think its the same throughout the house, Neverthless A Great Video! or just use google lens when ur there pre recording to figure what the stones are..

large property, grand looking however, very basic. Nothing flash like expensive stone detailing, book matching, or quality glass, etc. even the railings aren't glass. Feels, clinical and without the furniture it has no personality. so, for where it is located, 15 mil is fair.

It feels like a commercial space or a furniture show room. It seems more like it's meant as a show piece but not where I'd want to live.
