Appreciate this content. Our employee security related laws need to be renewed in India I think. Being a US Federal employee supervisor, I am so amused seeing the multiple mandatory training each employee has to take immediately after onboarding, to educate them about how to respond on different sexual harassment related scenarios.
There are special confidential divisions to take care of the complaints and to offer necessary support to the victims.
Hope and pray India would also take this matter seriously and place proper laws in place to mitigate these ones and for all.
On this note, I can proudly say that Amazon India follows the same policies as it is in USA.

Most MNC in India have mandatory training along with a POSH committee. Atleast Bosch has.
None of the oil and gas MNCs in chennai have strict HR rules regarding code of conduct. There weren't in any trainings regarding code of conduct when I joined my 1st company Saipem as Trainee and the HRs there have basic art degree qualifications so the company dont have any rules for ccc, timings of work, poor whistle blowing. At the sametime my friend who joined IT MNC said me she gets regular emails regarding case studies and scenarios of harassment. I moved to US and changed to Automotive domain the day1 training I took in all the companies here is regarding code of conduct, anti discrimination policies.
Really good work SKJ talks, as a team you all have been doing a great job and inspiring a lot of people out there really appreciate that. But also it would be really good if you post more videos about safety or problems faced by Men as well as Teens in my opinion. Also love the efforts taken by your team for posting every Friday just to inspire more people, really appreciate the hard work❤
