When the st. anger appeared and that laughing noise came on I was dying also I was wondering what song you were gonna pick for the black album cuz they ain’t that hard but god that failed was a god choice
What I found when I was re-recording St. Anger, was that the hardest riff to get right on the album was the intro build-up of St. Anger. I'm sure you know from recording this video, saying you can play the riff is easy, recording it is hard. Having to make sure you're palm-muting in the right spot, lifting off to accent the notes at the right time, hitting every single downpick because if you miss one, it's over. None of the riffs on the album were hard, but playing some of them perfectly was. :P
I think the verse riff off of Master Of Puppets is like 4/4, then 7/8 (4/8 + 3/8 at the end). It's tricky at first, but not as much when you get used to
My picks: KEA Hit The Lights (Main Riff) - Fast enough to make it difficult The Four Horsemen (Bridge Riff) - Fast chord changes and playing the palm muted parts at the tempo RTL Fight Fire With Fire (Main Riff) - THE FRICKIN' TEMPO Creeping Death - Downpicking. MOP Master Of Puppets (Main Riff) - It's fast but it's also tricky to play Disposable Heroes (Verse Riff) - Just try playing it for too long and you'll understand what I mean. Damage Inc. (Bridge Riff) - Same reasons you told in the video AJFA Blackened (Main Riff and Verse Riff) - Downpicking and that last section that is really tricky The Shortest Straw (Intro Riff) - Again, the tempo The Frayed Ends Of Sanity (Solo Riff) - WTF IS GOING ON HERE Dyers Eve (Main Riff) - I don't need to say anything. Black Album Holier Than Thou, Through The Never and The Struggle Within (Main Riffs) - Same reason: they're tiring at some point Load Ain't My Bitch and Wasting My Hate (Main Riff) - Just 'cause they're the fastest riffs Reload Prince Charming (Main Riff) - Kinda tricky St. Anger Sweet Amber (Bridge Riff) - It's the fastest on the album, I think DM That Was Just Your Life (Main Riff) - Just FRICKIN' DIFFICULT. All Nightmare Long (Main Riff and Verse Riff) - Too fast HTSD Atlas, Rise! (Intro Riff) - Palm muting makes it harder

Gotta agree on dyers eve being a pain in the ass
Good video and excellent playing!! Although I would say Dyers Eve is the hardest song on Justice.
Dyers in my opinion is the most difficult Metallica song in general. It's just fast and oddly structured.
your tone is very good
thank you! I have 2 new tutorials about how I got them btw if you're interested
Did anybody else notice that he’s not even plugged in!?!?!
that was my first video, I prerecord everything since the guitars have to be double or quad tracked
@@RaducuPlayzGuitar and if not, there are also a lot of Bluetooth devices that allows you to connect the guitar to the amp without wires plugged in
@@MNorris0783 I wish I had one, just fucked up lol
I think St Anger gets a lot of flak for what it is (never listened to Lulu so can’t say) but that being said, the laughing edit you put over both albums was funny af and made me laugh out loud pretty hard. And the video overall was pretty damn good. Fucking bravo
On ride The lightning The most difficoult song is trapped Under Ice
Cool vid!
St. Anger and Lulu😂😂
I think the verse riff off of Master Of Puppets is like 4/4, then 7/8 (4/8 + 3/8 at the end). It's tricky at first, but not as much when you get used to
mocking st. anger but then also saying spit out the bone is the best metallica song since blackened 💀 that’s a hot take if i ever saw one.
WDYM, Spit out the bone is a banger.
The minion on the shelf
St Anger is by far the most difficult riff, because you have to hear St Anger while you play it.
My picks:
KEA
Hit The Lights (Main Riff) - Fast enough to make it difficult
The Four Horsemen (Bridge Riff) - Fast chord changes and playing the palm muted parts at the tempo
RTL
Fight Fire With Fire (Main Riff) - THE FRICKIN' TEMPO
Creeping Death - Downpicking.
MOP
Master Of Puppets (Main Riff) - It's fast but it's also tricky to play
Disposable Heroes (Verse Riff) - Just try playing it for too long and you'll understand what I mean.
Damage Inc. (Bridge Riff) - Same reasons you told in the video
AJFA
Blackened (Main Riff and Verse Riff) - Downpicking and that last section that is really tricky
The Shortest Straw (Intro Riff) - Again, the tempo
The Frayed Ends Of Sanity (Solo Riff) - WTF IS GOING ON HERE
Dyers Eve (Main Riff) - I don't need to say anything.
Black Album
Holier Than Thou, Through The Never and The Struggle Within (Main Riffs) - Same reason: they're tiring at some point
Load
Ain't My Bitch and Wasting My Hate (Main Riff) - Just 'cause they're the fastest riffs
Reload
Prince Charming (Main Riff) - Kinda tricky
St. Anger
Sweet Amber (Bridge Riff) - It's the fastest on the album, I think
DM
That Was Just Your Life (Main Riff) - Just FRICKIN' DIFFICULT.
All Nightmare Long (Main Riff and Verse Riff) - Too fast
HTSD
Atlas, Rise! (Intro Riff) - Palm muting makes it harder
Noice man, yet St Anger is one of my favourite albums ever 😂
me too man! it was just a dumb joke I made, I didn't mean it.
@@RaducuPlayzGuitar ye 😂 and i read ur description after the video lmao, the jokes can be pretty funny lol
Awesome efforts man...!!
thank you so much!
How do u get such good tone?
hey mate! there's a tutorial up on my channel on how I get the tones! hope it helps!
How do u get such a good tone BIAS effects that’s how
nah through the never is WAY harder than the god that failed, that main riff requires so much dexterity
In my opinion AJFA is the best album. So many good songs.
Totally agree, it's my favorite album of all time in general, not from Metallica only! Fucking great 🤘
Hey man you‘re on a good way. After playing guitar and especially Metallica songs for 16 years, 15 minutes of warm up and those riffs come out naturally. Practise rhythmic precision, power, authority and especially consistency in your picking.
For me blackened and fight fire with fire are the hardest
I remember back a couple of years when i would practice non stop i could load up master of puppets on youtube and play it at 1.25 speed with all down picks, now sadly im old and have wrist pains from hard jobs back then, god i miss my fast downstrokes
really sorry to hear that man, hope you still play with as much passion though!
Don't know if anyone else noticed but I saw that james hetfueld picking🤫😂
the three finger grip on the pick really gives you more attack, you should try it!
Im at the point where i can do all the Metallica riffs but none if the shreds, the difficulty spike is insane
Ahahahshh your guitar isn't even powered
bro don’t know what wireless rigs are
Holy moly I didn't realize that the tail of the That Was Just Your Life riff was downpicked...
That makes the song a lot harder.
(also, I think you were playing an F# instead of an F in the intro and main riff)
yeah downpicking that separates the notes better, there is a part in the making of death magnetic where James talks about it
Bruh through the never has just as downpicking as master
I think it’s harder than master
Thanos Quill yea same
