So this was posted roughly 4 months ago and the price is roughly about 1.1M. As of an hour ago this very property, at this very address is listed as 2,749,000M. What happened in the past 4 months that elevated the price so much???
Love the Design. For a 3-story in the Million-Range for me the Lot-Size is a little to small. To close to all Neighbours. But Man - Blue Heron builts Quality Stuff. Nice Tour Chakets. 👍💪

For me, no. Not a fan of three levels.
Beautiful. Love this scaled down model best but unless local salaries going up, unsure if locals can afford. Out of towners can’t relocate here as easily as before. But if BH keeps building, they obviously see something. Or perhaps they themselves will be bought by Toll Bros or similar company looking to buy revenue.

So used to Blue Heron building massive homes, makes this one seem tiny (and a little cramped on the first floor)
The valley is running out of land to build new homes.
