Awesome draft for the Steelers! Would still love to grab a ILB. Someone like Jack Campbell in the 3rd. His 40 wasent great but everything else was pretty ok.
Thanks for the shout out again. That podcast is on spotify guys. Two Old Guys Shouting Get Off My Lawn. Harrison to Pitt at 32 is one of my favorite picks of this mock draft season. Just a great grab for them there.
@@teej11 yeah 32 just brings so much added value. That's part of why I like Addison at 17 for them so much, quite a few tackle options at 32 for them between Harrison, dawand Jones, and darnell wright.
@@teej11 dang. Wow. Now I really like the pic. That’s awesome speed for a big young man. I think he’s like 6’5” or so and I thought I heard around 240 ish. I really want Hendon Hooker. I believe he is a low risk and high reward player. I don’t care if he’s 25. He just turned that. So many great qualities he has.
If they doubled up on o-line I'd be here for it! That or edge and OT certainly could happen! I think since they invested in Noteboom they'll give him the LT job again, but having a contingency will be paramount!
@@teej11 Noteboom has had an achillies and ACL injuries during his tenure. And even when he was healthy last year, he was woefully unable to fill Whitworth's shoes. I think they restructure his contract and either sign a tackle or draft one.
Or a later pick perhaps? They do need depth at rhe position but already have nearly 30 mil in cap tied up between both tackles, so cheap depth would def be ideal.
I did film this pre-combine for the record and Campbell was a big-time winner no doubt! I have had him ahead of Henley all cycle and certainly now. But don't sleep on Henley as an athlete who can fly around the field and be a big impact player in coverage. As for center, I'd agree! I've been very IOL heavy the last few mocks so just changing some things up so it's not the same video every week
@TEEJ - Yup, I'm not mad at it. I like that you are addressing areas of need. I just cringe now when I see IOL go ignored when it is such an obvious need right now. I especially cringe when I see corners picked for the Seahawks early. 🤣
Finally you did my Cardinals Justice thank you but unfortunately I think the Bears going to get will and we're trading out of the Third pick in the first round to get more picks because we need help everywhere.
@@teej11 even if will is available at 3 I think my Cardinals will trade down if someone makes the right offer and they give us 4 or 5 picks for 3rd pick i would take it and run lol.
@@teej11 I'm just happy we don't have steve keim picking players anymore he set us back 10 years one of the worst general managers in Cardinals history.
@TEEJ my real problem is that if you don't trade out of 1, I feel it's a lost draft. Our next pick at 53 has to be a home run since it's the only second round pick. I REALLY don't think we take a center in this draft. We have Lucas Patrick and everyone forgets about Doug Kramer.
I would agree that the NOLA trade up would certainly need it but I'm at the mercy to what work in the simulator so if I added 40 it wouldn't have gone through sadly
That's totally valid! I've been going Avila and JMS for Seattle over the last few mocks so wanted to play with some of the fits a bit, thus Wright kicking inside and forging on center here. Could be addressed in FA too. But it's a good point to bring up!
@@teej11 I probably go with Steve Avila i think is his name and pick up a back up for Haynes in the later rounds or draft OLUSEGUN OLUWATIMI in a later round
@@teej11 I think he falls to day 3. Right now literally his only benefit to a d line is that he takes up a lot of space. Gotta bring more than that to the draft.
I can't stand Gibbs. His running style reminds me of Sony Michel. Avoids contact. I don't like it. Charbonnet would be nice there if he can take the weather.

Totally agree on Harrison! You know I wouldn't hate him at 17 either 🤷🏼♂️

Van Ness and Cancey had some crazy speed. I watched them and I thought there’s no way someone that big should be able to run this fast.
I like a guard. We need 1.
Yes. (Captain) Jack. Do you know what he ran the 40 in.
Definitely some big risers from Indy!!
4.65! He's another big winner IMO

Knowing how much of a beating Stafford took last year, the Rams might use their 2nd round pick on a tackle.

Idk about Wright going to guard. A little big. Mauch might be a better grab there.
6'6 is for sure on the big side, but the movement skills make it interesting! Also just wanna change it up some
@@teej11 would sure be a big line lol
Not a fan of Sanders to NE at 46. I think they take Freeland there. Maybe Mauch. LB may be their strongest group. Or second strongest behind DL.
Interesting! I feel like Sanders blitzing ability in that defense makes me think about how they used Hightower in the past!
@@teej11 you know who I really like for them maybe in r3 for edge? Harrison, out of Ohio. Idk why he kinda reminds me of Judon.
I was reading and hearing how the Rams are done with Stafford and how bad he looks and all. Maybe they target McKee? That could make sense.
👀 McKee, Hooker or bringing Baker back if they can? Yeah the Rams are in a weird spot right now 😬
This might be my favorite start to a Mock for the giants yet 🙌🔥
Aye, love to hear that!
Cleveland might draft Siaki Ika before Pittsburgh can grab him
Totally could, I prefer Benton's run stopping ability, plus Ika had a less than ideal combine preformance
Unless Seattle signs a veteran Center they will be drafting one high for sure. Appalled by the LB pick when Campbell was available. eeeek

Van Ness gets an A Forbes gets an F 166lb CB no thanks Gibbs gets a D need defense
Insane haul for Steelers if the board falls like that
Would love it too!
This is really shaping up to be a worst-case draft for the bears.
I know Carter at 1 is unlikely, both as for the other picks, what would ya change?

Detroit traded back in the first round with the saints and should of had pick 40.

You do realize Seahawks center retired a week ago and you let the second and third centers in the draft go after Seatles picks

Yeah Ika really let me know in Indy... hoping the pro day gives me more reason for hope

I can understand that! Charbonnet definitely is the more physical runner, straight up looked like a Big10 RB in the Pac-12 last year
@@teej11 yeah but does he hate the cold too much? Might be a Cali kid that isn't tough enough for those environments.
