I understand that the many videos you voice-over every week must be a daunting task so, various mispronunciations are inevitable. As I've done part-time radio broadcasting for many years, I shudder to think of the countless times I've messed up on the simplest of everyday words. Like public speaking; talking on a soundtrack or on radio is not as easy as most people could imagine. This video is fascinating. I had no idea such lofty structures were dotted around the world. One can be in the lowest point on earth and be closer to God the the person whose on the highest point possible on earth. It isn't your physical location that determines how close you get to God, it's where you are in your heart, the inner most part of you. To many try to do physical feats to get closer to God and all they end up doing is getting farther away because they are centered on works. To get close to God you must admit to Him of your sinful state, admit you need to be saved, and call on Jesus to save you from your ultimate firey end with Jesus as your saviour. It starts with accepting Christ for your Saviour by faith and then living in that faith as instructed by God's Word.
It definitely looks like the planet named Ach-To where Luke Skywalker was hiding from the galaxy. It can be seen at the end of the Force Awakens and throughout The Last Jedi.

The difficult ascent to a place of worship would assist the monk in a very real way in pursuing his difficult "ascent" to God - kind of a somatopsychic effect (the body affecting the mind). (3) Statements, teachings, and prayers often did not make this distinction between the symbol (or, more properly, type or icon) explicit, and for good reason. If the symbol is to embody the reality for you, you cannot focus on the conceptual "distance" between the two. This _could_ lead an inexperienced seeker down the wrong path if they start to draw invalid parallels between the symbol and the reality, which is one of the reasons so many spiritual traditions stress the importance of an experienced guide or elder to mentor the seeker. (4) In a practical sense, higher elevation can put an temperature/pressure layer or two between you and the noise of civilization (something I've experienced in the Rocky Mtns), allowing you to pray/meditate with less distraction.

In Sri Lanka .. King Kashyapa is not believed to have built that palace .. Its King Ravana who build it from the age of Ramayana. Its very interesting if you read about it :)

Remember that real wine is used in communion in the Catholic and Orthodox traditions. So I've no doubt they make their own communion wine. I had the same thought, Meteora has several of such places. There is also El Peñón de Guatapé in Columbia that is impressive.

In Sri Lanka .. King Kashyapa is not believed to have built that palace ..
Its King Ravana who build it from the age of Ramayana.

Remember that real wine is used in communion in the Catholic and Orthodox traditions. So I've no doubt they make their own communion wine. The Orthodox church I attend isn't large, but we go through a lot of wine every year for communion, and we don't celebrate liturgy every possible day, which they likely do (or close to it) in monasteries.

Sigiriya wasn't build by King Kasiyapan.
He used this place for hiding from his brother as well as enemy.
He did some cosmetic work in that palace.
This fort was built by King Ravanan some around 7,000 years or before that.
King Ravanan as his name suggest was associated with the Ravens.

Lions paws have 4 claws not 3. Only birds have 3 claws.

FYI: The claws on cats (except for cheetahs) are retracted. Including domestic cats. They don't disappear. You simply can't truly see them. The opposite when they're extended is protract. Lions have five claws on their front paws. Domesticated dogs claws aren't retractable.

Check this, Sigiriya, this dope old-school fortress and palace spot in Sri Lanka, got a mad compelling backstory, all thanks to the forward-thinking King Kasyapa. Peep the building game, the twisted stairways, fire frescoes of sky maidens, and that boss Lion Gate guarding the crib. Ain't no room for those weak stories of King Ravanan. Even British archaeologists affirm this spot back in the 19th century bigging up King Kasyapa's lasting influence. Sigiriya is major salute to his brilliance, a pinnacle of big-time style.
