Thanks for uploading today Jay because a lot happened. I am the only Asian at my school so I get a lot of bull during school hours. They were making unnecessary jokes in the class group chat today and it made me sad. I confronted them and they just told me to lighten up. My mom says it happened because I overuse my phone so I'm glad that you can be there when she decides not to.

First off, unnecessary jokes are unnecessary jokes, and it's not your responsibility to "lighten up". If anything, they're the ones who need to take it down a notch. Second, people need to stop blaming people everything because they use their phone. People bully others because they're shitty people, and while technology unfortunately gives them more ways to do it, it is absolutely not an excuse to bully others. They bully you because they're bad people, not because you use your phone. Even if you throw away your phone, if they want to do it, they will do it. What is your mom gonna blame it on then? School? Is your mom gonna blame you for it because you go to school and have to deal with them?
I know it's useless for me to rant on with you, but it really grinds my gear when I see people getting hurt and are told to "just get over it", or "just take it it because it happens to everyone/because you do XYZ". Hopefully you can find a trusted adult to help you with this (your teacher or another family member), and you have other people that won't blame you for it. I wish you the best ❤
