We love them they are our parents, but Allah loves them more than we do, it is difficult to see them go, but it is Allah's Qadr. And what Allah has written, is for the best. We all will have to go one day. All we can do is to give sadaqah on their behalf and recite Quran and make dua that Allah elevates their ranks in Jannah.

if someone keep making dua for 10 years under assumption that God only delay it then the end is disappointing how can we cope with that? why preacher like you keep motivating us to make pray make hope etc etc but ALSO make preach if situation goes opposite by saying "Dont be disappointed".. What??????? Easy to say this and that.. All you have to do is only TALK.
