I just picked up Jung Saem Mool's Skin Setting Tone Balancing Base, which I think is a mineral sunscreen, but it might be a hybrid. It's 50+PA+++, and it's basically a tinted sunscreen that's very moisturizing but not at all oily. Works great as a primer, but also as a tinted moisturizer as well. Jung Saem Mool is a famous makeup artist in South Korea, & it's a beautiful product to use. Still looking for a no-makeup day mineral sunscreen, tho, so thank you!
Rovectin one is white cast galore lol. No thanks! Tried it before. It has serious white cast no joke. On the other hand, Dr-G's mineral one is 1000% better with Zero white cast and texture way more elegant.
I appreciate you mentioning sunscreen in hairline issues. I imagine men with beards have similar concerns. Can you recommend sunscreens to apply in a thinning hairline & along a hair part? I know I'm leaving my scalp unprotected out of vanity plus I have no other reason to wash my hair every day. I'm post menopausal AND finishing up 5 yrs of post-breast cancer anastrozole hormone therapy, which has thinned my hair more. I'm lucky my silver hair over light skintone sort of camoflauges it's thinness. I do wear hats outside but I don't like wearing them when driving and don't wear them indoors. Thank you!
REQUEST: can you pls make a video in which you discuss products that can be put on eyelids safely to prevent hooded eyelids. Or any other tips that you might have in this regard. Ty
It's a chemical sunscreen. I find that the Numbuzin sunscreen cannot last and will run on my skin because it causes oil production and within 1 hour the sunscreen is already caking up my makeup. I've used up an entire tube and my pigmentation has increased which I belatedly noticed when going to my monthly facial session.
Hi Dr Jenny, thanks for the detailed comparison video, may I know what would u recommend for summer all year and I have combination skin, Tzone oily? I will be gg Korea in Nov and doing my homework now 😊. Thanks
Wow the way you take care of your skin to become glowing is amazing, the result is your skin is so clean and more beautiful.🌻🌻🌻

i used to use Dr. G til I found out recently that it has Butlyoctyl salicylate - technically a chemical filter
Heard that the Dr. G one changed it's formulation??, idk
Is it the mild up sunscreen?
@@kalyanideepali yes it isss!
YESSSSS!!!!!! I've been looking for this!!!!!!!!! thanks! ^^
Enjoy!
The D'alba product is a chemical sunscreen. I'm disappointed that this list wasn't only mineral sunscreens
Thank you for reviewing your best Korean mineral sunscreens. I haven't tried the istree one yet.

Thank you for this video I've been waiting for this! Could you do a video on astaxanthin with product recommendations? Also Arbutin + licorice?
I dont think all of these are mineral. Like the d'Alba Waterfull Essence I cant see any mineral at all in the list of ingredients.

Not sure you can “prevent” hooded eyelids. I know tretinoin isn’t good for the delicate skin. I use a retinal eye serum for my eyes.
@@ambergerhelper7852 do u place it on ur eyelids? what cream can I put on my eyelids?
Thank you darling I needed this 💫
Thoughts on the Dr. G mild sun mineral sunscreen? Also are all these safe to use on kids? Thank you!!
+1 I assume it's ok for kids because they are mineral...?
my fav now is the Numbuzin No.1 Clear Filter Sun Essence. Love it so much!
That’s a lovely one too
Is that chemical sunscreen? If yes, is it safe to use for hypermigmented/ sensitive skin?

Wow this vdo is value si much. Thank youuu. Please reviw the over make up sun stick when you have chance❤❤❤
Isntree yam root tone up sunscreen safe for acne prone skin?
What do you recommend as a water resistant sunscreen for acne prone skin? Thanks so much.

Ive been using haru haru for a while now but I wanted to try the skin1004 . Is skin1004 good for combo skin?
Hi, I was looking up the d'Alba Waterfull Essence Sunscreen - the ingredients show that it is a chemical sunscreen? Or am I looking at the wrong one?
yes, you're probably looking at the wrong version
I just rewatched your video - you show the "Mild" version, but your link goes to the chemical version. I will check out the Mild one. Thank you!
Hey the mild one also has a chemical base in it too! It’s second on the Ingredient list which is so confusing because it says it’s 100% mineral 🤷♀️
I have sensitive eyes, can these all be used over eyes? Please do a video on sunscreen that can be used in around eye areas thanks
I do have an older video on this with recs but in general mineral is less irritating
A lot of these have fragrances and icly ingredients when checked on icidecoder
Are these sunscreen pregnancies safe
Purely mineral sunscreens are prego safe. You shouldn't use chemical suncreen during pregnancy.
I’m 11 weeks pregnant and have been using a chemical sunscreen so far and I just found out I should be using mineral sunscreen. So upset 😔
Are these Sun screen you mention are safe for pregnancy?
Generally recommend to go with mineral sunscreen during pregnancy
Is d'alba mineral sunscreen? I thought it's chemical one. Cmiiw
Which one is your personal favourite
Would these be suitable for children as well?
Yes generally mineral sunscreens are. I prefer mineral to chemical especially for kids
Plz try goodal heartleaf sunscreen
Can it be used during pregnancy
Purely mineral sunscreens are prego safe. You shouldn't use chemical suncreen during pregnancy.
Isn’t the D’alba chemical?!!!
Thank you.
How do they perform under makeup?
I think they can all work well! Personally the instree one I think works best like a primer
d'Alba Waterfull Essence Sunscreen is not mineral it has chemicals in it. pls check
I LOVE the Haru Haru mineral! It replaced my Biore Kids UV. 🧴🌞
I love this one too -- don't find the finish dewy like Dr. Liu says, rather a velvety feel that I image would work well under makeup. It's so good!
@@lizkrusenstjerna2149 I agree! I actually abhor dewy sunscreen. It’s very velvety. 👍🏻
Gave me perioral dermatitis 😢 need a fungal acne safe sunscreen
