The quest Scylla opens Barry the Boat Robot to travel to the blight crater once you solve the question of the missing Thames folks. The crater map location is unmarked until you complete this quest. I used Barry for the initial travel but by the time I arrived it was night and very dark. I fast travelled back and awaited until morning. (Nighttime fights are tough for viewers to see and honestly difficult for me to fight). As I now had the crater location marked on the map, I used fast travel back for the final fight.
