Hi !!! sorry for the late response... Sure!!! It is very near to a train station, to local shops , restaurants and big shops as well like TKmax, it is also just a few minutes walk to the high street. I love the area.
Personally with the flat , I don't have any issues... There are just issues with the common areas such as the main entrance and the basement doors... It is no that secure... We have raised this to the management and they are currently sorting it out 👌🏻
