Where is the civility of this man, who used to occupy a high position in the government of our country?
It is totally out of order for him to be behaving in this manner.
We have seen him display his hot temper at the TRRC, but this aggression is uncalled for.

Mr Manneh is doing his job, and excellently performing his duties. However, his protection team (guards) aren't trained in protection operations (close quarter protection/guarding). They are just police and army operatives with no single close guard training. Otherwise, this silly CDS with no basic knowledge in law would have been handled by Manneh's protection team.

The Government compensating them will help a lot in relocating, saving jobs and finally helping THE ECONOMY. Remember a lot of unemployment creates SECURITY ISSUES.

It will take years before Gambia can look anything like a modern, clean, developing country. People don't respect, or care about the disgusting state that it's in,as there is no garbage disposal anywhere, so it all gets thrown onto the roads.Something has to change. We all deserve a clean environment, where people feel healthy and can live in nice surroundings. Instead we have a country that is just a rubbish dump.

It's definitely a disgrace to have a filthy country like this in 2024. The people refused to get civilized...Just look at the country, it's like a bunch of little children running around and don't know how to behave. It will definitely take a long time for The Gambia to look like a modern country. Even when you compare Kigali, Rwanda to Serrekunda, The Gambia it seems like Kigali is a first world city and Serrekunda is like a horrible, filthy third world city. Maybe Gambian TV stations should start showing the city of Kigali, Rwanda in Africa for people to see what our government is trying to achieve.

It's basically a common sense! CDS shouldn't have used a foul word against manneh or any one else, but the question is lot of you supporting what's going on in the Gambia are not affected but if you lot where affected as this people are we might as well see a different reaction. We all know this will never ever happen In Europe. There is a parking space on every residential area In Europe which the Gambian Government has never put into place. This big cities are old settlement so obviously they should have a traffic rules with speed limits. All residential places in Europe have a speed limit of 15km/30km/50km per hour depending on where you live. Some of the roads in Amsterdam are very small. Also you cannot bring down people's properties without compensation, which during the time of Yahya Jammeh he compensated every landlord who was affected by the road construction. Let's be more positive and always think about if this happens to me how would I feel. Obviously sad
