Some of my thoughts:
There are so many options out there for controllers. You should definitely go with VESC based solutions. Kelly kind of sucks and are massive. 3Shul are amazing (a little pricey) but the MakerX g300 is a mini beast capable of 300 amps even 500 burst, which i doubt the QS138 can even handle. Its small and relatively cheap for what it is. If you do a vesc-based controller, you could offer different level of packages too. Pre-programmed with a wiring harness like a plug and play soolution or you could just offer the mount and motor and sell the rear sprocket and adapters separately or as an etire package. It would make ot easier for people to afford if it could be broken down into smaller purchases like that.

Just a crazy thought, but that center shock mount might be universal for people doing a gy6, Zuma, pcx... Just some future funding ideas

Happy to see progress on this, Been waiting on T5k for over a year.
Smart decision making it less machined parts. Would it make sense to flip the motor and sprocket to the right side and use the factory ruckus shock mount to save on parts? or even use the shock bracket from a gy6-ruckus engine mount kit.
