As a beneficiary myself, I just want to clarify that the scheme doesn't cover the full construction cost but an assistance of Rs 1.5 lac in three schedules/instalments to those planning to construct (before the scheme) or already under construction of house which are Geo-tagged by the nodal agencies through out the phases.
Concerning any deductions/commissions from implementing agency or local level leaders, such matters should be reported to the district administration or even in the website of PMAY grievances cell by filling the details specified.
It will be good if a beneficiary group of that particular area is formed and approach the legal authority with fact/documents of deduction.

His house was built before 2019😂😂😂

Beneficiaries got very less amount. They have to add more from own pocket. Just imagine the prices of materials nowadays.

Even though it is a free scheme, it is our entitlement as a beneficiary to get full benefits and no one has the right to deduct the amount meant for us.
It is our weakness as well as ignorance in this internet generation allowing to cut from our share and remained un-reported.

I don't have document proof to support my claim, but for every scheme:
There is Minister deduction - 10 to 30%
And there is village councils misusing government funds
And contractors undermining their quality works (usually never their fault)
When will Nagaland change?
Ministers talking big during functions as guest of honor is laughable.
This VIP culture should also be removed.
Stop inviting MLA/Ministers for 2-3 lakhs profit for any inaugural programs
Don't forget, almost all schemes in Nagaland is centrally sponsored, our government does not have anything to contribute to the welfare of our state in a large scale in their capacity. Period.

In phek district under pfutsero division we still didnt even get the second installment. They are deducting 38,000 from our division out of 1,50000

I'm in kiphire district and I got first installment but when it's get second installment they will deducte Rs 18000 each household according to the respective district...so be serious let me and general public what is the reason after getting 2nd installment how...?

I request the Hornbill TV to come in peren district n interect the beneficiary from the spot...they give us only 22000 for 1st installment to start the foundation...but some how this is very unfortunate to heard that in tuensang district they got 60000 in 1st installment..its very Amaging what the other has done....
First installment for rural and urban is different. For rural its 22000 whereas for urban is 60000
