I am a working as a doctor I find some portions of oet as irrelevant. They are just to make this exam hard not practical

i thought the rule of thumb is to use "simple language, simple sentence" to communicate with the patients... these tests are not simple...???

@@minamelka860 why people are failing listening and reading part?? People who are passing USMLE steps with good scores are failing it. Does that mean they are not capable? Their English is poor?

Just understand the question and don’t look answers at all. After you get the anwer from the speech then look the answers and choose one. It is simple but nobody gives this advice to the people.
