    can ypu pls tell me how can I realise when is changing the question?i got a monologue and i ve expected a dialoge ..so i ve lost the line and failed :-(

    Is it our sin to be born in a 3 rd world's country😭after struggling and successfully passing plap or mrcs by hard effort and high financial burden.we also should suffer from passing difficult language exams 😭
    Just think how is simple the life of a person who was born in a1st world country ?

    I dont understand some time i get full marks in part A nd some time i just get 10 😢.
    But i think anxiety md panic makes me like this

    HS is not fairly a common disease, so the answer can’t be A, it should be C. Because people think it is acne.

      Hello. The main point the speaker is making here is that it IS common so they find it surprising that it is not more well-known medically (and we can infer that they think it should be more well known and as a result, more accurately diagnosed - instead of "commonly misdiagnosed as simple nodules or abscesses"). The speaker mentions that many patients think they have acne but there is no mention of incorrect treatment as a result of this.
