Hell naw Oakland is 10x faster. 80,000 more black people way more culture. Way more original. You don't need a car to move around in Oakland you need a car to move around stockton. Oakland is a city stockton is country.

You went through west Oakland and west grand which is the worst parts.
You not showing the good neighborhoods and locations.
I lived in Oakland/ Alameda for over 30 years and I can say these areas were always rough. Anywhere on MLK from west grand all the way up to MacArthur is a problem.
Definitely some nicer areas in the Town!
