back bumper must be matched or aligned with orange thing then turn steering wheel full right , then if you see almost half or the orange thing was covered by you right side mirror then straighten your wheel then reverse that’s it adjust everything . haha

Practice practice practice!! Parallel parking is something that requires lots of practice in order to do well. Keep doing it over and over again until you're able to do it on the first try without having to adjust yourself. Good luck!
She's not parallel parking correctly at all. You should not and cannot parallel park by putting your hand on the back of the seat. You will fail if you do so. It is not supposed to be used unless you are going straight back in reverse. With parallel parking, you have to keep both hands on the wheel and just make short wrist movements when you turn. Also, she didn't signal at all before she started to park so, she would have failed had this had been her official road test. I hope she did pass in the end because based on this practice, she would have failed.
Your correct about the turn signals but in NJ to reverse anytime you put your hands on the passenger head rest and look over your right shoulder. That’s how driver instructors teach it

Parallel parking is so difficult lol. I've been practicing and did it pretty good 3 times but horribly a bunch of times. I ran into the cones so much!
