    How to exercise on the face to correct the uneven faces.
    How to fix asymmetrical face without surgery, get a symmetrical face naturally.
    Facial asymmetry correction exercises.
    -------------------------
    Asymmetrical face - Type 1.1
    The left eye is droopy, right eye & eyebrow high,
    Lower right lip corner, the chin is twisted to the right.
    Let's get started.
    Step 1
    Gnash the left tooth to see the convex or hard part. Use your thumb to press lightly.
    On the other side, open your mouth to see the convex part, press it lightly with your thumb.
    Open your mouth 20 times slowly.
    Step 2
    Massage the muscles under the left cheekbones with your thumb for 30 seconds.
    Step 3
    Both eyebrows raised. Use the palm of your hand to press the right eyebrow down and hold for 5 seconds.
    Do 5 sets per day.
    Asymmetrical face - Type 1.2
    The right eye is droopy, left eye & eyebrow high,
    Lower left lip corner, the chin is twisted to the left.
    Let's get started.
    Step 1

    Y’all!!!! These exercises work, the right side of my face look so much better now lol. Also, I saw a comment that said to not sleep on your “ugly side” or just sleep on your back, and I’ve been doing that. And to eat on your “ugly side” and even chew gum on that side to exercise that part of your face

      To not sleep on your ugly side? Idk but I guess you had misunderstood something of what ...for eg If you sleep only on right side and isn't the left side who become ugly? And we should start sleeping on the left side(ugly side) to correct it? Correct me if I'm wrong pls ....research it..sorry for my bad English

    Inshallah this will work cause I felt so bad and insurance looking at myself speaking in a video today... Literally every part of my face has its own different direction. Yet I can't but say Alhamdullah for everything at least I have a face and that's a blessing by itself .

    I've been struggling w a asymmetrical face forever. I noticed it at a pretty young age which made it my biggest inesecurity...and I found your channel thru TikTok actually!!     Ok, I left a comment under this video before, but now I want to tell you again how this woman's exercises really helped me. Many of us have a face asymmetry complex, and I was one of those Who thought that nothing would help him. This video is your salvation, and if you remember to do these exercises every day + follow some rules, you will see the result) 1. Try not to sleep on the "problem area, it is easy to calculate, look at yourself in inversion and compare your photo with one of the two pictures on video" 2. Chew on the "problem side", thereby you will pump up the muscles there. 3. The rule that I personally made, although it is not necessary, look at yourself ONLY on the rear camera more often,And not in inversion, you can first use the masks in tik tok to the songs, and then take the mask away, you will see how your face has changed, in general, it is because of this video, but you will be more pleasant Look at yourself when you get used to it, even to your asymmetrical face. Then you will see the changes even more accurately, good luck)

    okay so i've been doing this exercise for 1-2 months and half and now i have an symmetrical face. i might not be typing like i'm exaggerating but i assure you it works well, 2 months doing this exercise is worth it.
    firstly i hate the most in my face is my asymmetrical eyes, been crying bc of how my eyes isn't even but now, just wow. anw thank you sm dn, your exercises really helps me.

    These are just facial exercises tbh. Facial muscles are usually ignored so these help with stimulating them. So really it’s like gym, you have to commit to them for better results. They might not completely get rid of the asymmetry but it won’t look as bad as when you first started. That enough should boost your confidence. Nowadays I just sleep on the opposite side of my face than I usually do and do some of these exercises when I wake up. Doing something about it is enough to boost your confidence knowing results will show eventually.

      If you have asymmetrical face it can be changed and you will not worry about you’re eyes but if you still are then it cannot be changed because asymmetrical eye is cause by droopy eyelid and if it does not mess with your vision then you should be fine but you can try some exercise for your asymmetrical eyes and see if that’ll change or help ?

    One eyebrow is higher than the other, my eyes are like different sizes or something?? Idk but they’re definitely asymmetrical 😭 my mouth droops on one side, and my nose crooks on one side. My face is very messed up so I’m hoping this works

      Me freaking too, I don’t have to nose problem but I have everything else. I feel amazing with how I look in the mirror but then when I see my face the way everyone else sees it I feel bad, it’s as if one side of my face is 5 billion years older then the good side

    Its Pretty hard for me because my left cheek is downwards and my eye on the right is upwards so I don’t really know how to do this exercises so it’s kind of pretty hard for me and I’ve been insecure since I was little about my face because everyone in my class has like a very symmetrical face, and I feel like very ugly but I know I’m not the only one that feels this way so I hope I or you find a perfect one❤️

      @@somegurls7625 I end up doing only the last exercise where you push your eyebrow down and try to raise it. I do it few times a week on my right eyebrow and it has been working for me. Now my eyebrows are less asymmetrical, before my right eyebrow was much lower than my left.

    Soo... my face is kind of crooked. People often tell me that I seem to tilt my head to one side, even though I am looking straight at them. That effect is caused by uneven eyes, which are also different in size. Also one side of my face is bigger. My lips are non symmetrical, too. Because I have a slim face with high cheekbones, it is very noticeable.
    Now I am writing this, for others to identify themselves with my situation and hopefully feel more motivated to try and do something good for their health, by posting my results.
    I'm starting today. Next update in 2 weeks. Wish me luck! :D
    (I think my face is cute btw. The asymmetry makes me attractive in a way. So dont mistake this post for trying to "better" myself. I just want to change my vibe. You all are pretty, I am sure.)
    Here is the update: I did it for 2 weeks straight now and don´t see any results. I will still continue doing these exercises, since every body reacts differently and it might just take some time. Next update in 2 weeks.

    I hate my face, I have one eye higher than the other, which also has one eyebrow higher than the other. My lips are weird, like they are more stretched up on one side, I hate it, I've cried for hours about it

    My left eye and eyebrow are higher than the right side.also my mouth is turned to right.
    But in my opinion, my whole face is twisted to right side not left side.
    I do part 1_2, 5 times a day, for about a month and then I 'll update my comment.

      OK . This exercise did not work for me. Maybe it will be useful for someone in the long term (more than 1 year). But I tried different ways and was able to improve thirty or forty percent during this time.
      1. Chewing gum on the weak side of the face
      2. Trying to chew on the weaker side ( my weaker side is my ugly side)
      3. Sleeping on the back
      4. Doing stretching exercises to fix posture
      5. Attending a facial yoga class and practicing more on problem areas of the face
      Sorry for my mistakes., I'm not a native in english.

    Okay y’all I’ll actually update y’all and try to do this for about a month. I can’t promise I’ll do it everyday but I’ll try!
    Day 1: 🎀
    Day 2: 🎀 (I only did one set today 😭)
    Day 3: 🎀 (I did like 3 sets today but I’m starting to try and chew on both sides on at least on the uneven part and I’m gonna start sleeping on my back or the uneven side🧸)
    Day 4: 🎀
    Day 5: 🎀 ( okay guys, honestly, I haven’t been doing full sets 😭 BUT I AM ACTUALLY DOING IT AND I WILL TRY AND DO FULL SETS NOW DW 😣💗)
    Day 6: 😭 (I didn’t do any sets today bye😭, but I am continuing chewing and sleeping on my uneven side

    i’ll try to do this for one month 5 sets each day, then i’ll reduce it to 1 set per day after :)
    I have a type 1-2 asymmetrical face. ( 2:13 )

    Finally, 1 month is over.I see the difference now.
    After doing this almost one month, I see the result.
    In the past,my left eyebrow is higher.
    Now,the left eyebrow is ALMOST the same level as the right eyebrow.

      If only your left eyebrow is higher,
      I don't think you shouldn't do this exercise.
      This is not for only eyebrow.

      "if u wanna do face exercieses,
      u make sure yourself you'll not regret after doing this ."
      Face exercises can change your face and so, u'll never get your original face shape.
      I love my original face shape but after doing some facial exercises,
      I regret. That's why.😊

    My right eye is lower than my left eye. I take portraits and I see how I see my face when I look at the mirror.. it looks okay to me... but when I flip it, omygosh I can't believe that what other people see is a very evident asymmetry of my eyes 😢 gonna try this and I hope this works.
