Invest 96L is another cyclonic threat for the Caribbean. Could become Tropical Storm Debby.

As Hurricane Beryl approaches the Caribbean, another tropical wave has a high probability of strengthening into a tropical depression or Tropical Storm Debby as it moves toward the Caribbean.
It is projected to maintain a westward trajectory, almost identical to that of Hurricane Beryl. It should arrive as a tropical storm or Category 1 hurricane in the Lesser Antilles. The islands at greatest risk are Martinique, Dominica, Saint Lucia, Grenada, Barbados, and Saint Vincent and the Grenadines.
Additionally, it could bring heavy rains to the islands north of the Lesser Antilles, the Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, and the Dominican Republic.
