When was the last time you reflected on your own performance? We often get wound up focusing on our players performance on the pitch. However, it’s important not to neglect the things we can control ourselves.
Spending time to improve your ability to coach will see improvements in your own personal development as well as your players.
Sam is a Level 4 rugby coach and three time NatWest Schools Cup winning DOR with Dulwich College. Recently DOR at Eltham College and Head Coach at Old Elthamians, Sam is currently coaching at St Benedict's School.
