I struggled trying to connect this device to my TV. I tried pairing it when it was connected to the TV. Finally, I removed the transmitter from the TV and paired it separately with my Bluetooth capable headset. Once paired, I then inserted the device into the audio output of the TV and it worked perfectly.

I have an LG 7000 and can’t seem to find an audio output to connect the transmitter to. Is there any other way to connect it so I can hear sound out of my Bluetooth earbuds?

For those having trouble with playback on 2 devices at the same time. Make sure that the device you are transmitting from is not pairing directly to your other two devices. For example, I use this transmitter to hook up my Amazon Alexa to two different external speakers located on separate floors of my house. I was having trouble playing music through both speakers at the same time. Realized that Alexa had (on her own, I think) paired with each speaker separately. Went into the Alexa app, unpaired both devices, followed set up instructions for the transmitter and both are working perfectly and simultaneously with no lag.
I am able to pair 2 bose head sets, however one headset is getting disconnected automatically in 3 min approx .. voice is not clear on 2nd headset either its choppy ...
Could you please advice if this can be fixed ?
Definitely ni issue with bose headsets as its working fine with single pairing
@@karthik1942I'm not sure if your issue is the same as the one I was having, but make sure that the primary source you are transmitting from is not paired individually with either headset. In other words, make sure that your headsets are paired only to the transmitter.
for what it is worth....after reading all of these negative comments.. i was all ready to send this back... (i was trying to connect my blue tooth headphones to my non blue tooth old tv.. ) .. following the instructions didnt seem to make any sense, so finally i just plugged the adaptor into the TV and turned on my headphones... CONNECTED.. volume is fine, no delay,, no problems at all.. works perfectly and no issues
You would think that for a company who makes audio equipment, they could use a simple pop filter on the mic when they record audio voice overs.

I thought mine wasn't working correctly for my projector to my JBL Boombox but I had the device plugged into the AV jack instead of the headphone jack. Now it works. I'm going to check the sound delay time next.

Nice little unit. Works well for me - 30ft range no walls, 20ft range ground floor with two walls to get through. Upstairs, just through ceiling, around 25ft.
Pairs quickly for me with portable speaker or earphones. Approximately one-word lag when used. Out of sync can be easily seen when watching lips move on TV, but that's to be expected due to transmission lag conversion both ends. Listening to music no problem whatsoever, but don't use if you need exact sync receive - you'll be one word or note delayed! Well worth the money to be able to select either TX or RX. Quality product.

I have a lot of problems connecting. Sometimes it works first try, sometimes it takes me am hour of reseting my headphones and the transmitter multiple times. I don't think it's a good product personally lol

To answer everyone's question about pairing two of these units together, one transmit mode and the other in recieving (Tx to Rx).. yes you can. At the time of this posting i just did it two minutes ago and it worked flawlessly with my Samsung Galaxy S8.
Secondly, you may be wondering if you can connect this to another model such as the TAO 08 model which is just a reciever with play, volume control, mic to and answer calls.. yes you can pair to this unit as well.. as long as one transmit and the other recieves you should be able to pair..although if one has a mic and the other doesn't you may not be able to use that feature.. i dont have 2 to test but i will soon.

I have recently purchased two TT BA07 through Amazon and was using it perfectly fine for last 2 months while paired with each other..one in TX mode and the other RX mode..
and suddenly one of the TT BA07 set to TX mode stopped transmitting audio...they sync together perfectly but the one of them doesnt have a proper audio coming out...there is either no audio or a sound some kind of a bad connection...i cross checked with multiple other cables and paired with other devices ..the situation is same.
Please help.

Not based on this review but in part on this review, I purchased this TaoTronics 2 in 1 Bluetooth adapter and found it less responsive than you have. I understand I might not have got a good one but the delay is there and I will be returning this one to Amazon.

Bluetooth is not an instant transmission protocol and there are some lag / delay due to the time it takes for the signals to be encoded and transmitted. Typically if you're listening to music or audio only, you won't ever notice this lag. However, pair audio with video or use Bluetooth devices with musical instruments where the user expects instant feedback and it is noticeable.

Thanks for the feedback Lianziko L. I find it just a little self-serving for a company to suggest that I should simply "get used to the lag" while using it for the purpose I bought it, for my TV. As Bluetooth technology gets better, I suspect this problem will be a thing of the past.

once you set up the TV and blue tooth headphones, does the tv speakers get muted and you hear the sound only on the headphones, or the tv speaker will also work so while you can hear the tv with the headphones and someone else in the room without headphones can also hear the tv?

Fyi if your like me and just plug things in. Yea dont. Just set your earphones and adapter next to each other. No plugs nothing on adapter Pair the 2 (solid blu on both devices) plug the aux cord into adapter then on other end plug into aux out in tv Boom your connected. Took me days till i found this video.

Works great. One small issue. While in transmit mode, whenever there is a pause in sound, the device mutes and resumes when there is noise again. I assume this is to block out any hiss or ambient noise. Is there a way to shut that off? I find it a bit irritating. I would like to hear the sound unaltered
I've come to find that my beats x headphones volume function gets disabled when paired to this. The volume stays way too low to use. Other Vmoda wireless 2 headphones work flawless. Must return due to this incompatibility

I have it connected to audio out on tv and paired to my phone in receiver mode (only way it would pair), then have wired headphones connected to my phone. Yet the audio is still coming out if the tv. What am I doing wrong? Shouldn’t the audio be coming into the device and sending it to my phone?

I've 4.1 bluetooth headphones (sony wh-ch700n) which I want to connect to a bluetooth 5.0 transmitter. Does this give me all the benefits of the 5.0 such as: lower latency and distance? Or do both advices need to have 5.0 to work optimal. I appreciate all the help!

Thanks. we follow the video guide to pair two BT headphones (TX mode) and it work just same as your video guide but ONCE only. When we use it again, it had no response so that we follow the video guide to connect the (same) BT headphones again .
Based on the lighting signal, both BT headphones should be connected to TT-BA07 already . However, there only the 1st BT headphone have voice but the 2nd BT headphone is no voice. do you know how to fix this problem ?

I really wish it worked that well. I've been trying for 2 days to pair my TT-BA07 to my motorcycle helmet speaker bluetooth receiver. Like hundreds of times. It simply will not pair. the helmet headset times out and the TaoTronics flashes red/blue forever. I'm doing exactly what the instructions and this video describe.

The issue im having with the tx/rx plugged into the tv, transmitting to wireless headphones is that it seems to only be transmitting when there is dialogue, when no one is speaking it cuts off... is this similar to what you're experiencing?

I just bought the TT-BA07 in hopes of being able to use one pair of headphones for my PC and my iPhone. My headphones are TaoTronics TTBH-10. I am having a lot of issues with getting the iPhone and the headphones to both be connected at the same time. I know that the TT-BA07 us a multi-point device, so in theory everything should work; however, I am having problems getting them to play together. The situation is perhaps complicated by the fact that I have an Apple Watch, which is also connected to my iPhone. Is there a way of making this work? I find the procedure for pairing mutiple devices confusing, so perhaps I'm just doing it wrong. Any help gratefully received.

Hi. Re adding a second speaker. ( @ 1-56) I understand 2 speakers can be `paired`, then added as shown....... But,, Can the device actually transmit sound to both speakers at the SAME time ???. ( @ 2-00 in video,,,are both speakers actually playing ? or just `paired` ? )
The reason I ask is I have a similar device. and can pair 2speakers, connect 2 speakers, but can only actually transmit to one speaker at a time. I.E. ... After the initial pairing and connection,,, turn speaker 1 off and speaker 2 connects, or turn speaker 2 off, and speaker 1 connects.... but never both together.

Hi, TT-BA07 allows transmission to both speakers simultaneously. Please follow the instructions:
1. Pair the TT-BA07 with your first device.
2. Turn off the Bluetooth® function on your first device,
tap the Power Button twice to pair and connect to your second device.
3. Turn on the Bluetooth® function on your first device.
In approximately 30 seconds, the first device will automatically connect in. When you pair with two devices, both can play
music at the same time.

I place it in a clip on my waist.
It goes in and out, meaning that one of us or the other can not hear at the same time. Sometimes it comes back
Other times it does not.
Do you have a solution for this?
With experimentation when I hold my hand up to my chest we both can hear it.

I recently bought your wireless stereo transmitter. I am trying to connect the device to my speaker. I have a brightech brightplay bluetooth attached to the speaker. No matter what I do it will not connect. I was wondering if you could help. There are no buttons on the speaker, so I don’t know how i would put it in pairing mode. Hi, can I connect TT-BA07 to the 3.5mm audio jack of my iPhone 6 and have "aptx" bluetooth transmission? (Obviously, I shall be pairing my BT headphone to TT-BA07 instead, and keep the iPhone bluetooth turned off). iPhone does not have aptx support on BT. Thus, I am thinking about this alternative way to keep high fidelity audio listening when using BT headphone. I play wav and flac and other lossless format. Thank you very much.
Hi Eric, if you want to enjoy a high fidelity audio, aptX supported headphones is also required to work with this unit. Otherwise, the audio will still be coded via SBC codec.
