A reminder for my position and history with being professional. Emotional maturity is imperative for my disposition of resentments.

The background (Noise) Music is also too fast
    making it annoying and unnecessary...

I submit for student and independent films but don't get called in to audition. What is wrong with me? How do I get the experience that I need no that I know a demo reel is crucial to starting a professional acting career???

Is there any International acting agency in America for actors who are not in America?

Years ago, I submit an application with a photo that I just took of myself and I got a call for an interview. I didn't get to go, because I was 18 and my grandpa was still in control and I stopped acting for years after he kept me from an audition at a local theater. Looking back, does that mean somebody actually wanted to see "what I got" regardless of my experience? Or is it just probably how that agency does things? If I did something right, I want to know.

She makes it sound impossible to get representation. Most might be better off investing their money and time into creating their own projects and uploading to youtube. If you can create great work there is no barrier to entry anymore. She sounds like the admissions department at an Ivy league school, just one little flaw and everything else you've done perfectly doesn't matter. Man...

That's exactly why when I decided to become an Actor in 2016 abt 7 years ago, I was determined to make my own films! Agents are great and all but ultimately we are nth but our own brand! How much does agents actually know us and how much can they actually give us. I'm someone that don't like to be at the mercy of others. Therefore creating my own chances and putting myself out there is a sure fire way to show ourselves to the world that we can perform & act! Sometimes getting an agent is just one thing, having one that will really connect with you and bring you to the next level is another form of fate and affinity! Therefore I urge actors do not be so obsessed with finding an agent. Become your own brand, set your own tone, do your own content and show yourself through your own ways who you are. Consumer viewership is nothing like 10 20 years ago anymore with tiktok and social media. So yes, moral of the story. Don't wait on others to give you opportunities(Agents, casting etc) make your own!
