To keep mine idling underwater if you look on the right handlebar there is a lil rubber boot you can slide back and screw the thing up to idle it up
I’m 12 and I have a 250 Honda 2 wheel drive I have it snorkeled and I have that same problem but we got it fixed it’s a throttle cable you need a new one

how did you run your vent line from the gas cap
Just stick it on the gas cap where the goes goes in and put your line under your seat and run it up your snorkel
