your review is honest... but here let me add that there is a big difference in owning a villa in a 100 acre fully developed gated secure community with plush landscapes and great facilities. Villa in a plot can be made at half the price but absolutely pales in value... at least in my opinion. I fully buy your logic of checking on the builder's past history. Thanks for the nice review.

But in gated community, everything from design to plot land is under builder's control but in own villa,u hv land which u can reconstruct whenever u wish according to ur need n taste. Off course u hv to add in features for security etc. This is my understanding..pls correct me if u view differs on these points..
