Remove the hole inner fender well, less tedious cutting an bending to fit big wheels, only down fall is Water, dirt ect gets to engine easier, but by the looks of it, this truck doesn't see Rain/Mud

depending on the type material the dash is made out of you can sand it smooth to get rid of the texture then prime and paint it. if its a softer material you can clean all the oil and stuff off and wrap it in fiberglass. i did it to my eclipse.
I have the same steering wheel but I need a replacement for it my truck came with that steering wheel so idk where to get one and my horn wont work I think the last owner messed it up
