You are not going to win if every game is a close game with the mavs. They have 2 of the best shot makers and takers.
The most impressive thing to me is how Luka makes key plays at the end of games both defensively and offensively to win games. He does not get nearly the recognition he deserves for the great play that he gives night in and night out, and especially with a bad knee and ankle, it just shows what a great player he really is. It's great that he's getting help now, this is the best team he's been on since he's been in the league. To me it is a shame that the media ignores the great things that he's doing, they don't want to talk about him or give him credit for what he's doing, and all the while he's showing the world He's the best player. I've never seen a player Great at this many aspects of the game. Scoring, rebounding, playmaking, assisting, defensively, clutch play, he's doing everything he can to help the team win and he is making these great plays that make the difference of winning and losing, and yet no one really wants to talk about how great he is, it's a sad reality. I truly hope that he wins a lot of championships and then no one can say he isn't the greatest. I hope I live long enough to see him finish his career, and I'm hoping his career is as great as it can be, if it is he will go down as the greatest ever to play the game. Kyrie Irving is also one of the greatest players ever too, he has everything to do with how far Dallas has gone this season. He played great in the beginning of the game, and he too comes up with great defensive plays when it matters most, as a matter of fact, Luka has probably improved his defense because of him. I think that Kyrie has made Luka a better player. I'm really happy that everything worked out for Kyrie in Dallas, I wasn't sure in the beginning how it would go but I'm very pleased with how the team has quickly become a top contender, and Kyrie has a lot to do with that, no question. They have a great bunch of players right now, so proud of this team.
They definitely don’t want him as the face of NBA and modern day basketball, which he really is. They even sent refs on a mission to stop Luka and the Mavs in the last game against Oklahoma. Expect more of that. It’s a dirty game. And it ain’t sports, it’s politics.

It's very sad how the media disrespects Luka the way they do. It doesn't matter what he does, how great he is, the brilliant play he shows, no one wants to say anything good about him, or talk about him at all. It's not fair and he deserves better. Even after the game on TNT, they didn't want any part of him, and they would not talk about anything he did to win the game, they talked about everything else but him, that's just not right

Celtics the year they went to the finals against the warriors got tired around this time but ended up beating the heat.Two different teams but it’s possible. Wolves played 11 games (4-0, 4-3) while Dallas played 12 games (4-2, 4-2)
4 games at altitude. They won them but that's why they are feeling it. They had to fight hard to outwork the Nuggets in Denver.

Yeah, Jaden McDaniels could have went up for the lay up but he hesitated and ran out of bounds and kicked itol out right into Luka doncic hands. Then Conley goes and tries to throw a very short oop to Gobert. That was the ultimate 🗡️ both those two mistakes.

Yeah I was so confused on that Jaden play. He literally just jumped out of bounds for no reason and it was big cuz it led to wide open transition 3.
And another Conley mistake was not fouling jones who shoots 70% fts and letting him pass it to kyrie who is 90%. You don’t expect a vet like him to make these errors.

This team has a couple young players that think Superman will show up every game and that’s not always the case. You can't make dallas stagnant like they did in denver. Pj and d jones played great on the perimeter and lively and gafford played way better than anyone (except real mavs fan) gave them credit for. This is a closer matchup than anyone in the media thought
