    God bless Herb Stevens who set the tone for the San Carlos Apache people. May he be long remembered for his great works on the culture and language of his people.

    Wow, amazing how this far away artifacts ring home in Africa. The basket weaving and the beadwork in display, the grinding stone and the plaited tray are all items we use here in Kenya. Actually even the architecture of the building is very similar to the buildings in many rural Kenya buildings.
