No kidding, I was just writing some questions about configuration using your Ben Myers waste board!

      Hope this helps!
Im going to try and reset bitsetter location without going through the whole process. It’s not too time consuming to do the whole thing but would be nice to just do the bitsetter only.

is there anyway to manually set the x,y travel of you shapeoko through carbide motion? I have a shapeoko 3 standard but bought another set of rails and did some custom work to make it all work so now my machine is bigger then an xxl but i cannot use the full potential of my new machine because I cant seem to set it up manually.. do you know of any other cnc controlling softwares i could use if this is something that carbide motion can do?

I have not customized my shapeoko so I wouldnt know how to do this. There is a FB group of shapeoko modders that may be able to provide this answer if you’re still looking.

can You tell me why you upgraded to version 613 of carbide motion

Hey resorter I had to update carbide create because some feed and speeds were fixed in a newer version. I didn’t have to update CM but just did both. I did CM first and saw that this process was different than a previous video I had done.

Hey resorter, I don’t have that cnc, but I could put together a walk through with those selected.
I also don’t have the bit runner or the quick access screen. :)
Let me know if that would first part would help though.

I was on the late 500s or early 600s and had no plan on updating but someone told me that a feeds/speeds issue was fixed so I updated and then had to do all this again.
I usually forget about updating because if it’s working for me I don’t change anything lol

Hey Wade just realized that the speeds issue was in CC and not motion. Just to clarify.
