It's a good start to the series. But I think I would be in the camp that says "A little too obvious." Plus as an effect, it needs a little more drama to be "Amazing". Nice job tho. Looking forward to the next one. 👍
I usually cut to the card instead of just pulling it out. It's a tool to help mark a spot in the deck. I don't use stripper decks often but they are a great tool and very versatile.
I believe the Stripper Deck can be used as either a tool or utility, if I did this I definitely pull it out and then remove other cards and shuffle the cards retaining the stripped out card either on the top or bottom if on top double lift show the top card and you can guess the rest.
This was essentially the first effect I did in public for a demonstration in a high school class. Sharon Larkin was duly amazed--as was the rest of the class--that I was able to make her card rise slowly out of the deck, but not so impressed that she would go to a movie with me. Ever. Now THAT would have been real magick!
No, unlike a svengali deck where you can also have a reversed svengali deck there aren't different types of stripper deck (that I know of anyway). There are always different quality of cards but all the cards in a stripper deck should be tapered the same amount. In my experience more cards you are trying to strip out the more difficult it is. So maybe practice with a trick like this one and only strip out a single card. If you are still struggling then maybe you need a better pack of cards??
@@TheGreatWooDing Yea i have the reverse Sven deck it's great....but my stripper deck that i bought a few years ago never really was easy to even strip out a single card....maybe just poorly made....
I would only use a stripper deck as a tool to easily get to there card for a routine. Think it’s a bit of a giveaway to pull it out. But who am i, stripper decker cutter 🙁😢🥺

I was looking for the opposite gender with minimal clothes on...
