  • If going here, you must go during high tide, because that's when the visibility is the best. Getting in the water any other time will just make a waste of a dive trip. When you hit it right, it will make a memorable dive. Every time you go is a unique experience. No wonder why it's a world-famous dive site.
The site consists of around 40 limestone reef patches, over 20 Andrew "Red" Harris Reef modules and 5 wrecks, a section of scaffolding, and 3 Hammerhead Shark statues.
    Date of Deployment: 2012-present.
History: In order to create a sustainable Intracoastal marine habitat and to boost the local tourism industry, in 2012, the city of Riveria Beach selected the Blue Heron bridge as its newest site for the deployment of around 40 limestone patch reefs. Over the years, it has since developed into the Phil Foster Park Snorkel trail with the continuing deployment of man-made objects. These include concrete modules provided by the Andrew "Red' Harris Reef foundation, the scuttling of multiple speedboats, sailboats, statues, and shopping carts in the water just of the beach.
