This reminds me of those songs from the 90s that seem to be taking a page from the 70s. I should be able to give you a band reference as an example but I just woke up, so I can't. lol It's pleasant, happy-sounding, yet retains a sort of "edge", lyrically. There's an emotional indie-flick out there that's dying to have this in their end-credits sequence. hehe I hope you're still doing well.
