Can you please make some suggestions for exercises/stretches for someone who can't get down on the floor. I have a family member who has osteoarthritis in their ankle but says they currently can't get up from the floor by themselves. I would love to get some recommendations for how to work up to being able to get up from the floor. Thanks!

And again, I've just done this to shake out the bugs and to warm up on a very cold day and, guess what? I managed 3 jumping lunges at the end! Woo hoo! They are NOT pretty, but I'm pretty chuffed 😊
Would very much depend on the circumstances, if someone was really immobile and in pain then yeah you wouldn’t do it, but normal movement and no restrictions is totally fine!
This is like an improved version of what we used to do at the start of gym class when I was a kid, love it
Brilliant! Really enjoyed it. The only one I couldn't do was the jumping lunge swaps at the end. Not bad for a 64 year old 😊

Did i right now before training. I like it as a warm up, you can go after it in any directions. Training, more specific exercises etc. Very nice !

I experience knee pain (below and outer edge) when doing the couch stretch is there a alternative stretch or have any advice? Perhaps a video?

That was going fine for me until the plank downward dog exercises!😮 gave up and watched at that point!! 😂
