Hand on heart I can say that it’s much better than Dubai. Dubai is fake and soulless. This new area It’s lush green … no crazy tall buildings. It feels homely and inviting. Thank you for sharing this. I was thinking of purchasing few properties in Morocco and turkey. But I think I have to visit Pakistan before I make the final decision.

I live in Bahria Town Rawalpindi. It is even better than this. It's population is also huge, about 100,000+ people. It holds almost 1/10th of the whole of Rawalpindi city's population, yet it remains soo clean, lush and beutifull mashallah. We had to shift here due to our house falling in earthquake 2005.

Roll out the grass, water it daily and place trees all around the area. 10 billion tree project remember. Karachi needs a lot more trees and greenry. Ban the darn cars causing pollution all across Pakistan!
And get rid of that eiffel tower! Such a pain to see, instead put a monument of something a big open beautiful crafted colorful book which says Read or something like Knowledge is power. Be a monument of significance and message, not copy cat towers

Bahria town Karachi is a true marvel! The architect, infrastructure, maintenance and security are all superb. The quality of azaan is eloquent, even the staff (from security officers, managers to small workers etc) are all very dedicated and follow strict rules without giving priority to influencing people. Queues are respected here and the community is similar to what is seen in Texas, USA (Islamic community). Had an outstanding experience living here. Even the BTK cinema staff and adventure theme park staff are very helpful and decent. Very soon the world will appreciate what Sir Malik Riaz has done for us 🇵🇰 - by the Will of Allah. Post covid, post omicron and climate change, all geniuses will migrate to this unbelievably outstanding city which makes the entire Pakistan 🇵🇰 to be proud of. May God Bless Pakistan and Bahria town Karachi!
