Those things do great 4wheeling, we did the Whipsaw trail between Princeton and the Coquihalla highway trip with one in the group it did great! We called it the toaster. I see your also in BC, Im here in the valley (Langley), there are some fun little trip that can be done. Great video really enjoyed it!
nice work you're very handy.....lowrange off-road sells a plug-n-play relay harness w/ceramic sockets for the factory headlights or you can make your own.I always use relays with off-road lights but never for headlights, what a huge difference. I have H4 but brightens up even stock headlights.... now doing that to my 99' super duty gwallnut666 (no more anemic lights!)
i have to ask....why a swift engine? I just picked up a 85 tin top...the 1.3 is a bit under powered for my liking....I was thinking the 1.6 out of a tracker would be good ....25 hp increase...ant thoughts? thanks in advance
Hi Martin, I have a 1.6 8valve & will never go back to a 1.3 what you will notice is a torque monster, go up steep hills faster & a gear higher.Longer stroke= low & mid-range torque. You can build a 1.3 but you will still have a screamer. greetings from the northwest corner of Oregon.....(a screamer is permitted in certain sitchumutations) gwallnut666
Pretty cool rig and I like the color.I've been wondering what color to paint my truck and I think you gave me the inspiration.Check out my video of my truck " Lifted 1987 Toyota Truck 2wd" here on you tube.i use it as a daily driver and to go hunting so a color like yours would probably look alright.

Awesome upgrades. What type of paint gun is that and paint. Not like the paint code but what brand?
Are you still able to use the soft top with that roof rack?
