Where foundation and concealer and such so your skin looks good, tie your hair up in a high pony then curl it, and maybe get your skirt hemmed so it’s a little shorter? That could work

With a uniform I find it's almost all about the space about your shoulders. Find a skin routine that helps prevent redness and ache. If your skin is dry, moisterize it. It its oily blot it and use a mattifying foundation (if you wear it). Use a good shampoo and conditioner that works for your hair (some may work but others will work better) and brush it before school. Don't throw your hair into a messy style, do something neat like a high ponytail with a few strands out at the front. Ensure your uniform fits well and if your skirt's longer than other peoples (due to your natural shape), alter it. Do your makeup natural if you wear any
