I love your reviews. We are cashing in miles for a trip to Europe and are using your videos to determine which Star Alliance partner to use it on. We don't want to use United. So far, Lufthansa and SWISS are looking like the best reviews.
Worst airline management. Hard landing on an Ethiopian 787 from Bamako, parked 300 meters away from the terminal, waited for the bus under the cold night. Second time in a year to be delayed from Addis to Bangkok for more than 7 hours, the last time was 48 hrs. They offered a hotel but did not happen, and cannot assure us of next flight. And worst, insufficient and temporary makeshift toilets at the hallways. No compensation and managers went home at midnight and no one was in charge.
