Providing ones birthdate in court is 3RD PERSON TESTIMONY. While you are present during your birth you have no recollection of it and cant confirm in first person the date, time, or year. Its all based off of others telling you!!!!!!
Not sure but that is matter for the judge to determine. One could challenge but you should have pretty convincing evidence to get the judge to rule against the police.
@frankw7091 Also the whole thing could equally be thrown out (dismissed) of court at the next hearing. Perhaps a quick person can make a submission BEFORE the Judge decides there is Probable Cause.
@@peterpan408 Maybe, but they would need evidence that there was no probable cause. The judge would probably hold a hearing to hear both sides. Proving that there was no probable cause would be very difficult.
@@frankw7091 The threshold for proving probable cause seems quite low.. they don't even have a lawyer yet! They are just getting rubber-stamped through to the next step before the harm of jail or bail can be prevented. Even if the case fails before trial, the suspect has already been harmed financially or in terms of liberty.
Law Talk with Mike pinned your channel in a video of his, so néw subscriber here !!! Nice to meet you.

Criminal with a gun. What's the problem?
Damn! Are there really that many men out there committing crimes???😮
What was that sound effect when the guy came out at 12:30 ?😂
We doing it to keep victim safe but if you oay 25k then victims safety we no longer care about?? Thats what im hearing from this judge.
The 25k isn't the end of it. There are usually other add ons like a protective order and/or tether.
Paying a bond is basically making a bet you won't break the law. He pays that $25k but violates the bond he will lose some of all that money.
Very telling when a judge lends any credibility to ANY Phoenix law enforcement officer.
Telling of what?

They can't. It's the judges decision, and it's not appealable.
