Kevin, I must say this that, in following you since you were in Indiana and began your adventure/pilgrimage some four or five years ago, and every time I check back in, I marvel at how well you look and how active, cheerful, and engaged with your travel, exploration, and how excited about what's going on. I know you've been having health problems but not being intimately privy of the facts, I find your complexion clearer, eyes brighter and you are more alert and active. You may very well have done yourself a service by living your life on the road. I wish you all the best on your travels and quests!
Thanks for hanging around so long. You usually see me at my best, I film the talking head parts in the morning when I'm freshly rested. :-) I don't know if I could live in a house again. I'd get stir crazy after a few months.
Been reading this site for many years. Early radio is my favorite. It is amazing to watch how radio progressed and what we didn't know back when my father was a kid. Great stuff! Thanks Kevin. 73
Kevin, this looks so good, I went straight to World Radio History site after watching this. Although I was aware of some sights that have electronic magazine archives, I didn't know about this one. Thank you for sharing.
Wow, memories. 73, CQ, Popular Communications and QST were the ones to get each month when I started in the early 80's. It was always fun to read through Wayne Greens editorials back then LOL de KF3BH
I discovered this site years ago. If I had a dollar for every hour I have spent reading material from this one site, I could probably upgrade to one of the big three's flagship transceivers!
This is absolutely incredible, thanks for sharing. It's rare that someone gives a "rabbit hole" warning but I'm definitely the kind that could use one, haha.
Endless amounts of wonderful data here. I can spend months in here and not read it all. BRAVO! I espcially enjoy the old journals and books on antennas because there are the basic building blocks. The physics does not change, so learn from the movers and shakers before us.
Wow this is really cool. I used to subscribe to Popular Communications back in the 1980's. I was big in to shortwave before getting my ham ticket in 1992.
Hi Kevin, also been using this site for a few years. For me in was used to research my Father G3UUZ (sk) in short wave magazine and practical wireless.

I am 70 next week, and having a nostalgia trip. I am definitely gonna spend some time on this site. Thank you for the heads up. 🙂

Thanks for sharing. I had heard of this site but after having you show demonstrate it I will probably also spend time going through it. 73
Happy New Year, agree it’s a fabulous resource, found the magazines of a project I built in the 70,s for a college course

Very exciting, the legacy antenna builds paired with my SDR, will mean this hobby never has an end.👍
