I just started watching ya'll videos and love watching ya'll I keep telling my kids I want to take my sons truck and go curb side picking in the good neighborhoods I see so much stuff I would grab in this video and I love Halloween my favorite holiday besides Christmas is second
Trash is the best..,I find so many amazing things to sell from dumpsters, usually higher dollar items. my best score a few months ago was a box of old sports military and state felt pennants from the 1930s-1990s I’ve already sold a good bit of em already made over $1500 so far and I still have alot left I think it was 75 pennants in total…some of them sold for 200-250$ a piece
Watching these videos kills me because of all the good stuff that's going to go in the dirt, and I'll say this again; I'm so glad you two are saving some things to be reused. I love seeing the Richard Scarry books, and of course all the vintage ones. Thanks for rescuing them. The bunny molds are adorable.
@@ShinyBriteDoggo so many kids as well as adults love to read but, can’t afford books. Also, many adults want to read a physical novel but, don’t want to keep a ton of books. This way they can give 1 then, take 1 .
@linaleblanc8288 You beat me to it. Lol. I was going to suggest the same thing. I'm from NOLA, too, and we love our little free libraries. We always make sure to leave a book when we take a book. 😊
I have been watching your videos for years and share your passion for vintage Halloween and Christmas. Today I went thrifting with a friend and found an Indiana Glass/Hazel Atlas Halloween ice bucket for $3.99. I immediately thought of both of you. Keep up the inspirational and informative videos.
I 1st bought The Sweet Smells of Christmas in 1982 when my son was 6 yrs. old. It's got scratch & sniff pages of pine trees, hot chocolate, an orange just to mention a few. Since then, I've bought this book for many a child, including my grandchildren. ❤
Now being the crafter I am and a big lover of Christmas, I would have grabbed the Santa blow mould and worked crafting magic on it. I would fix Santa to be an indoor decoration. Here is what I would do: 1. Repaint Santa. 2. Get a Santa hat for the white “fur” and the white fur ball on it. Pick up 2 or 3 hats for the “fur”. 3. Get the wig, beard and whatever else that would help decorate Santa. 4. You can add any other decorations you want and I would make sure to put a light in it too. That is what I would definitely do. Keep thrifting, estate sales and trash picking. Love watching your channel ladies. I never miss a video of yours.
Love your trash picking days! Can't believe all the wonderful items you find. I sure hope more people were able to grab and save more of the items left behind 🥰
That blow mold broke my heart, broken. I cannot believe how many people throw away good books. They could donate to a school, church or library. The pogs😂🌻
Love those vintage books! I’m a retired school teacher. I had one of those rolling crates because I was always taking work home and teacher’s manuals are heavy!
I gasped when I saw But No Elephants! That was one of my favorite books as a kid. I rescued our copy along with all our other childhood books when my parents sold our childhood home last year. 😊
Love it when you find books, Halloween, and Christmas stuff! One of my greatest wishes is to spend the day with the two of you...trash picking and thrifting!!!
I love your trash picking videos. I have the square cart. I'm a retired teacher and it sure came in handy hauling all of my stuff back and forth. Keep up the good work and good luck hunting!!
The chocolate plastic bunnies are from Walmart. They are hard to find. I am not sure if they had them out this year. I never found the bunnies you had, but I found a shorter version of them at Walmart. I have seen people haul them at Walmart on TH-cam videos, but no luck finding them.
I would be just mad digging. How can people not donate!? How do you prevent getting mad? Im so mad rght now. So much good stuff! Kids toys they could have donated to children without toys but no these people with big houses throw it in the trash. I can’t imagine the amount of good stuff missed and now gonna take a thousands of years to decay in the lamdfill. Man, humans are so unresponisble to how we treat our home planet / only planet.
Any pokemon cards, if there's a charizard it's worth money!!!! The indiana jones book too. Not much buy at least 20.00 Great video!!!! Makes me wanna go curb picking again soon!!! Love you girls!!!!

Oh awesome 👏 You guys should always take all the books you can and put them in a neighborhood little free library near you. 📚
I love those and am planning to have one built and put up in my yard. There are several in my neighborhood . Love from New Orleans 😊❤
That’s a great idea!

Hoping someone comes and saves the rest of the books, should not be thrown out.

I bought the Once Upon a Potty book when my son was a toddler. He turns 40 this year. I used the book for my second child and my grandson.
I had Surprise Party- recognized it immediately! Get Along Gang was the best. Flashback for sure...Those books were awesome!

As someone who bought a similar little cart thing at an estate sale, I 100% agree with Janine; that lil cart thing is great for groceries
Love seeing all of the children's books! Also cool to see the Halloween board game!

Wow what good stuff. Nobody in Tn throws away good stuff. Those Life Cycle books sell good on Ebay. I had the set in the 70’s. 😮
The carry cart was great can be used for flea market trips or estate sales.
I gasped when I saw But No Elephants! That was one of my favorite books as a kid. I rescued our copy along with all our other childhood books when my parents sold our childhood home last year. 😊
Always finding the best hidden treasures!!!❤❤❤❤
