Short Irish Ghost Stories For Halloween: Malahide Castle

Day 28: Malahide Castle was home to the Talbot family for 800 years. Today, visitors can explore the magnificent property and its surrounding gardens, as well as rub shoulders with its ghostly inhabitants.
As Halloween approaches, I aim to share a new short story each day at midnight. Some will be longer than others, a few will be user submissions and others will be locations that did not make the longer videos.

I love Malahide Castle- been going there for about 35 years. This August when taking the tour again with my sisters and children my iPhone camera acted up when taking photos of that leather wallpapered room off the dining room and great hall. It kept trying to focus on something in front of me when nothing visible was there. We joked it was Puck making an appearance. Very odd that one section in the photos was always blurry as if something was there. When I went back into the great hall the camera worked perfectly again. Thanks for the video! I’d never heard about the gray haired ladies or Maud and hubby before! Thank you.
