I'm here and heard the stories and after checking for room 325 looks like they've moved the numbers and it was next to 317

Myself and friends stayed here without knowing about it's reputation none of us could sleep and I saw someone in our room standing at the window

It’s true we stayed in the courtyard and we had no idea about this castle. My kids wanted to stay in a castle and in Ireland so we picked this one. A year ago. In the middle of the night my wife could smell candles after going to the bathroom. Also, our child’s toy kept going off on its own throughout the night. I had previously threw it out in the trash bin and it was sitting on top of the trash making sound effects . The toy was motion activated. Overall though the place is beautiful and we had a pleasant day, food was delicious and the staff was friendly.

The night my team went up there, all our equipment malfunctioned. Yet when we went to the Dark Hedges afterwards the equipment worked absolutely fine and we had a brilliant investigation at the Dark Hedges

I love Malahide Castle- been going there for about 35 years. This August when taking the tour again with my sisters and children my iPhone camera acted up when taking photos of that leather wallpapered room off the dining room and great hall. It kept trying to focus on something in front of me when nothing visible was there. We joked it was Puck making an appearance. Very odd that one section in the photos was always blurry as if something was there. When I went back into the great hall the camera worked perfectly again. Thanks for the video! I’d never heard about the gray haired ladies or Maud and hubby before! Thank you.
